Essex 100

Day started at 6am. ugh..........

middle of the night

first stop Gt Canfield

then Finchingfield and through to Pebmarsh

getting very saddle sore but well vasalined!

managed to do a little wiggle with my neck and came flying off my bike into a ditch - oops

gotta get a new saddle like these:-

no these ones - this is what it feels like.........

but finished the Essex 100 in

8 hours and 45 ish minutes!!!!!

and no broken bike

exhausted and gonna sleep now........
