RULES
- No one under 16 may purchase a ticket
- The Draw will be launched on 12 November 2010
- No ticket will be sold before 12 November 2010
- All tickets, monies and unsold tickets must be returned to the Promoter by Sunday 19 December 2010
- No ticket will be sold for more than the face value
- A full list of winners will be published on this weblog following the Draw
- All prizes must be collected by 24 December 2010
- There is no cash alternative to any of the prizes offered
- Any photographs used in connection with the Draw may not be reproduced without prior permission
- No data will be used by any third party unless indicated on the counterfoil
- Data may be stored on a computer for marketing and publicity purposes
- The winner of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize agrees to reasonable publicity for the purposes of raising awareness of Help for Heroes and The Dynamic Duo
- Winners will be notified by email in the first instance or by phone.
- If any prize is not claimed by 24 December 2010, the prize will be donated to another local charity at the discretion of the Dynamic Duo
- This Raffle is registered with Maldon District Council under current legislation and is Registration Number 10/00515/LOTTER
